Signature Event Displays from $175 for two Blooms
Includes handcrafted floral ice bottle chillers, fresh accompanying florals selected to complement the blooms within the ice, fresh ice, local delivery within 15 miles of South Charlotte and setup. Clients or venues supply the bottles and ice bucket; an ice bucket can be sourced for an additional charge. Two-Bloom minimum. Larger displays and delivery beyond the local area are quoted individually.

Add an unexpected detail to a dinner party, retirement gathering, engagement celebration or elegant gathering at home. Each Bloom is designed for one bottle, with fresh accompanying florals selected to complement the blooms frozen in the ice.

Delivery within 15 miles of South Charlotte is included. Additional delivery fees apply beyond that area; share your ZIP code so I can confirm availability and the final total. Surprise gifts are welcome; we’ll coordinate a confirmed delivery timeframe, and someone must be available to receive the Bloom.

Ordering & caring for your Bloom
How much advance notice is needed?
Three to four days’ notice is preferred. Need a quicker turnaround? I may be able to accommodate your request depending on current bookings and available inventory. Contact me to check availability.
How long will my Bloom last?
A Bloom typically lasts approximately 3–5 hours, depending on temperature and surrounding conditions. Keep it surrounded by fresh ice to help it last longer. And the fun part? As it melts, you’re left with a beautiful puddle of flowers!
How should I keep my Bloom surrounded by ice?
Keep the floral ice piece nestled in fresh ice, with ice surrounding as much of its sides as your bucket allows. Drain excess meltwater and replenish the ice as it melts.
Why can the surrounding ice change color?
As your Bloom melts, natural color from the flowers may tint the surrounding ice and water. To keep your display looking fresh and beautiful, drain the meltwater and replace any discolored ice with fresh ice as needed.
What happens after I request an order?
I typically respond the same day to confirm availability and details. If you don’t hear from me, please feel free to call or text 704-287-4322.
Can you deliver a surprise gift—and does someone need to be there?
Absolutely! We love seeing the sheer surprise and excitement when someone receives this thoughtful, unique and very special gift. We’ll need a confirmed timeframe when the recipient is available to receive it. Someone must be present—we wouldn’t want to leave a Bloom sitting outside. We’ll make advance contact without spoiling the surprise, and only deliver once the recipient’s availability is confirmed.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when your order is accepted.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Every Bloom is handcrafted especially for your occasion. I understand that plans can change and emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. I’ll do my best to find a solution with you. For emergency cancellations, payment may be applied toward a future Bloom. If materials have already been purchased or your Bloom has been created, any credit will be adjusted to account for the time and materials already invested.
